Mr. Rossoff is an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring and Private Equity. Prior to founding Rossoff & Company, Mr. Rossoff was an M&A specialist at Banc of America Securities, LLC. Prior to that he served as head of M&A at Wit Soundview Group; Head of Global Media and Entertainment Investment Banking at JP Morgan; Head of Investment Banking at Schroder & Co. Inc.; Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Dillon Read & Co.; and was an original partner and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Wasserstein Perrella & Co. Mr. Rossoff began his investment banking career in 1982 with The First Boston Corporation, where he focused on media and transportation assignments.
Mr. Rossoff is a graduate of Princeton University and of Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA.
William A. Eagan, III
Mr. Eagan is a specialist in Corporate Finance and Private Equity focused on the financial technology and financial services industry. Prior to joining Rossoff & Company, Mr. Eagan spent 25 years at Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan where he rose to run the Financial Institutions Investment Banking business at each firm and had similar responsibilities at UBS and ABN Amro. In addition to Rossoff & Company, Mr. Eagan is the founder and President of WAE / MG Advisors which advises financial technology / services companies for the financial institutions industry. Through WAE Advisors, Mr. Eagan has strategic investments and strategic relationships with emerging FinTech companies focused on the global financial services industry. Mr. Eagan frequents India and focuses on Indian FinTech companies that leverage India's paradigm.
Mr. Eagan is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross and of Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA.
Alan H. Howard
Mr. Howard is an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, public and private equity and debt capital raising and private equity investments in the Diversified Industrials sector. Prior to joining Rossoff & Company, Mr. Howard founded and ran Heathcote Advisors LLC, a specialist merchant bank focused on the Diversified Industrials sector. Prior to that he founded and ran S3 Strategic Advisors LLC, a hedge fund advisory business; was Managing Director at Greenbriar Equity Group, a private equity firm focused on transportation-related businesses; and was Head of the Large Cap Diversified Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Howard began his career at The First Boston Corporation, where at various times he was a member of the Investment Banking Committee, Chairman of Investment Banking Recruiting and Co-Chair of the Business Development Council.
Mr. Howard is a member of the following Boards of Directors: Movado Group; Military Parts Exchange LLC / Dynatech International; and Quaker Ridge Golf Club.
Mr. Howard is a graduate of Columbia University, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Columbia University, Graduate School of Business, where he received his MBA.
Mr. McGuinn is one of Wall Street’s foremost authorities on debt capital markets and is an expert in capital raising and strategic transactions. Mr. McGuinn began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers where he was a member of the Capital Markets Operating Committee and was responsible for developing Lehman’s global presence in domestic and international fixed income sales, trading and research. Prior to joining Rossoff & Company, Mr. McGuinn was Chairman and CEO of MRU Holdings, Inc., a public educational finance company. Prior to that he was Chairman and CEO of eLOT, Inc. (formerly Executone), a public company, and was President of Automated Trading Systems, the first electronic bond trading network. Mr. McGuinn has also served as Head of Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance for both Mabon Securities and Rodman & Renshaw.
Mr. McGuinn is a member of the following Boards of Directors: ASH Advisory LLC; eLOT, Inc.; Cornerstone Capital; Tiedemann Investment Group; and 1/0 Capital.
Mr. McGuinn has lectured extensively on the topics of corporate governance and best business practices for the financial services industry and is actively involved with Greenwich Youth Lacrosse and several Colgate University-related organizations.
Mr. McGuinn is a graduate of Colgate University and received his Master of Science in Accounting from New York University. He holds a CPA license from the State of New York.
Thomas N. Tullo
Mr. Tullo is a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructurings, and Public and Private Capital transactions for Manufacturing and Diversified Services companies. Prior to joining Rossoff & Company, Mr. Tullo was a Partner in Compass Partners Advisors LLC where he headed the firm’s Diversified Industrials sector. Prior to that Mr. Tullo headed the Industrial and Diversified Services Group at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to RBC his career included working at Goldman Sachs, Warburg and McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings and recapitalizations both in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Tullo is a member of the Board of Directors of Taco Comfort Solutions.
Mr. Tullo holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School ’82, and an Economics degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Dartmouth College ’79.
Mr. Soleti is an entrepreneurial investment professional with more than 25 years of experience in the technology, venture capital, corporate development and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Rossoff & Company and IEG Banking, Mr. Soleti was the Chief Compliance Officer and Co-Founder of Funding Wonder, Inc., based in Miami, FL. He was previously a managing partner at M&S SIA, LLC and at Corporate Finance Partners.
Mr. Soleti is a graduate of UIAV in Venice, Italy of Florida International University, where he received his Masters of Science Degree in Finance. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and German.
Mr. Dodds is a generalist investment banker, with experience in the gaming, industrial and technology sectors. Prior to joining Rossoff & Company, Mr. Dodds spent five years as a reporter for TIME Magazine.
Mr. Dodds is a graduate of Princeton University.
